How to Rent my Paris Apartments

Please check availability and email a request to me. The costs are listed on the rates page, but we also offer negotiated prices for longer rentals.

In order to confirm the rental we require a signed Rental Agreement and a 50% deposit. The balance 50% payment is due 45 days prior to the rental. You can pay the deposit with either a personal check or through PayPal. We can only accept checks from US banks. All NON-US renters will need to use PayPal.

For US renters we also require a security deposit (US$350 for Le Bijou and US$500 for Le Beaumarais) in the form of a personal check. This security deposit will be returned after your departure and upon the approval of our Paris manger after her final inspection.

For all NON-US renters we require a promissory signature on our rental agreement that will give us the permission to debit up to US$ 350 for Le Bijou or US$550 for Le Beaumarais to cover the cost of repairs or replacements if the apartment is damaged during your visit.
